COMPANY/BUSINESS CHECKS and INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS: items will be shipped after payment clears our bank. ALL ORDERS-MUST BE PREPAID PRIOR TO SHIPMENT. All payments based on U.S. currency rates. . THE LAW OF THE STATE OF OHIO APPLIES TO ALL TRANSACTIONS. THE UNITED NATIONS CONVENTION ON CONTRACTS FOR THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS SHALL NOT APPLY TO ANY TRANSACTIONS.
DELIVERIES: Delivery of the goods by the Seller to the carrier at the point of origin shall constitute delivery of the goods to the Buyer and thereafter the shipment of the goods shall be at the Buyer's risk. All claims and allowances for damage to the merchandise incurred in transit must be filed against and presented to the carrier by the Buyer. All cost of freight, transportation, or mailing and all demurrage charges shall be paid by the Buyer.
DELIVERY SPEED-STOCK DESIGNS: Normally we produce and ship your order within 2-10 working days. Custom Designs, take longer.
METHODS OF SHIPMENT: Our standard carriers are United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service. All orders shipped via UPS/USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise noted, includes Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Shipping charges: Actual Cost. UPS EXPEDITING SERVICE available at an additional charge. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPED BY AIR MAIL OR REQUESTED CARRIER, IF AVAILABLE. CUSTOM FORMS: $5.00 Charge for completion of Customs paperwork. Applicable duty charges are the responsibility of the Buyer/Recipient.
RETURNS: We will not accept any returns without prior e-mail authorization. We will not accept any garments with defects after they have been imprinted. We can not accept returns on any personalized order. All returns must be made within 30 Days after receiving goods. Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will issue a credit or exchange. Return freight is the sole responsibility of the customer. Buyer shall in no event return any goods to Seller unless expressly authorized to do so by e-mail from Seller. REFUNDS ARE RESTRICTED TO THE ACTUAL COST OF THE ITEM PURCHASED, NO OTHER ITEMS REFUNDED. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE.
PRICES-TERMS-POLICY CHANGES: are subject to change without prior notice. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMER TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. All sales will be limited to the terms and conditions contained herein. Any objection by Buyer of the terms contained herein shall be deemed to have been waived if we do not receive the objection in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice or acknowledgement or before part or the merchandise or services is accepted by Buyer, whichever may occur first.
LOST OR STOLEN DELIVERIES: Marc'et Novel-Tees is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise orders once same is deposited/shipped to customer via a legally recognized U.S. Shipper and legal shipping documents are on file as proof of such shipment.
CUSTOM DESIGNS: Custom Artwork and Graphic Logos designed by us for the customer will remain the property of Marc'et Novel-Tees; at it's discretion, Marc'et Novel-Tees will grant the customer rights to use such material in other formats. The customer must obtain permission and rights to use any information or files that are copyright by a third party; the customer is further responsible for granting Marc'et Novel-Tees permission and rights for use of same. INDEMNITY: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Marc'et Novel-Tees from any and all claims resulting from the customer's use of Marc'et Novel-Tees services which cause damage to the customer or a third party. NOTICE: Marc'et Novel-Tees services may be used only for lawful purposes, this includes any materials judged threatening or obscene.
ACCEPTABLE UPLOAD FILES: CDR, TIFF, EPS, JPG, GIF, and BMP. CALL ON ANY OTHERS.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: All products made by Seller are inspected before shipment. If any goods prove to have been defective in material or workmanship at the time of shipment, and a claim is made by Buyer, Seller will repair or replace the goods, at the Seller's sole option. Unless otherwise agreed by Seller by e-mail, Seller makes no warranties, expressed or implied. Marc'et Novel-Tees SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF IT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Marc'et Novel-Tees DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING SALES HEREUNDER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
